We believe that the best way to test a mattress will not be by sleeping on it for 5 minutes in showrooms, but rather for many nights in a row. Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress, and our trial is perfect for you to test the mattress from the comfort of your home for up to 30 nights.

How do mattress returns work?

If you are not completely satisfied, let us know by sending us an email at sales@mydreammattress.com.my with your receipt and a photo of the mattress or you can directly call us at our hotline +60 1234567890

2. Free return & full refund
We’ll arrange for your mattress to be picked up. Your total payment in full or with instalment when purchasing from MyDream Mattress will be fully refunded.

Return is only eligible for purchases within 30 nights. This is because your body need to adjust to a new mattress. Mattress returns can only be requested after you’ve had the mattress in within 30 nights. We insist on at least 30 nights, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new mattress and for the fillings to settle. If you decide that your choice of mattress isn’t as comfortable as you’d expected, you can return it. All we ask is that you to return the mattress within 30 nights. Make sure that the mattress is not damaged, soil or dirty in any way and must be return in like new condition.
